Located in Brussels, the Wild Gallery has become a key venue in the Belgian event sector. With more than 900 events to its name, this unique event hall welcomes all your events, from 100 to 1.100 guests, with a character of its own.

Its raw contemporary and post-industrial style offers endless possibilities, from an intimate reception to a large-scale celebration. On the ground floor of the building, its 2.500m² of modular space is perfectly suited for your staff parties, product launches, cocktail dinners, conferences, congresses, fashion shows, parties, awards ceremonies, private events, etc.

The floors provide an extra 1.500m² . Take advantage of our different spaces and an impressive surface area in Brussels to maintain the required social distance and give your guests the opportunity to travel through different atmospheres.

Our meeting venue can provide you an outside parking lot with a capacity of 450 places. There is also an underground parking with a capacity of 100 places. The car parks are not owned by us, the owners impose a minimum of 2 parking boys to secure the place during your event.

The fee depends on the type of event you want to organize, the number of people that will attend it, and the number of units you are going to use. We advise you to send us an e-mail with a detailed description of your event or to fill out our quote request form. We will send you a quote back as soon as possible.

Our meeting venue can host from 100 to 1.100 guests. We can modify all our spaces to provide maximum flexibility for your event.

Obviously! We have established a list of partner caterers who are used to work with us. However, if you want to work with your own caterer, your caterer can contact us at the following address: info@wildgallery.be. It is however necessary to work with an event caterer because we do not have an equipped kitchen. We have a special space for your caterer where we can provide water and electricity.

The following furniture is already included in the rental fee: 150 chairs, a podium, an orator’s desk and badge walls. It is possible to rent extra furniture, such as high tables, a lounge corner, a dance floor, a bar… If you would like to receive our catalog, get in touch with us.

Yes, you can! If you’re not yet sure about the exact date(s) of the event, you can take an option free of charge. The option will automatically last for three weeks. Don’t hesitate to consult our online calendar.

If you travel by car, take exit 17 on the Brussels ringway (R0). There’s also a bus stop in front of the building (bus 49, 50). Brussels’ midi station is only five minutes away.
